I’m not sure if y’all remember, but one of my goals for the last year or so was; I wanted to make more weird art.

Here’s some of that. This was such a fun day with jess | oregon tattoo artist and Jacob Waltrip ! They really pushed me in the perfect way to get creative and I also did a lot of experimenting in editing to get some of the trippy, dreamy results here.

Sometimes I have moments where I feel my creations are “too much”… so during those times I try to buckle down, and push the weirdness a little further. I’m very happy with these.

The world needs your weird art. The world needs human made art. Imperfect art. Art that breaks the mold. Make it. ✨

This session turned into so much more than I expected.

Isobel and Forest are some of my longest and most loyal clients. Not to mention such wonderful, supportive, kind, creative, and selfless friends.
Everytime they book with me, I know it’s going to be fun. I know we’re going to get creative and make something amazing.
I knew that coming into this one, but what I didn’t know was what would happen when I was editing. I stared at my computer and had the thought: “this is some of my favorite art I’ve ever made in my entire life.”
I sort of sat there at my desk in disbelief, just staring at some of these images. Sending them to friends, sending them to my partner…and I just couldn’t comprehend that this had come from my artistic eye.
And it makes me so happy that it was a collaborative effort with some of my favorite people.
I would really love to help more people see their beauty in fantasy styled creative dreamy sessions like this one, where I genuinely feel like these images came from another world when I look at them.
This was a good day to be an artist. Forever grateful.
