A little about my photography work:

��Be aware—my photography is not kitschy and trendy!��

BUT...here’s what it IS. When I was a teen I was fascinated by two painted portraits which hung in the grand home of a friend: one of her mother and her as a child, the other was of her grandmother. Every time I went to that home to visit my friend, I found myself engrossed in the subjects’ eyes. As I

studied, I fell deeper and deeper into the play of the light and shadow, and the intricate features of their faces. I work to convey movement, I work to capture the person in a living breathing way. I work to use an environment that naturally enhances rather than shadows the subject. The photographs I provide my clients are classic and will not be outdated in a couple of years. With my work you will not have over processed filters and photoshop brushes. That’s fun and everything, and certainly—these types of shoots have their place—but they are just not me. I take my work seriously, I fret and fuss over it. I work diligently to study my craft, and study The Masters, and I work to provide my clients with classic timeless photographs that they will treasure forever. If you want brushes and noticeable photoshop influence, you may want to look elsewhere. If you’re wanting something closer to art, something that can be hung on a wall for ages to come,

If you are interested in single session or a model rep position for the upcoming year, and we have not talked, I need you to contact me! This will be our busiest year yet and I don't want to miss you or your senior! We worked deep into May this year(which I was happy to accommodate my late people,)but next year we need to have all of our major sessions complete by the last week of April to avoid the announcements and end of year crunch! Love ya, let's get you on the book so we aren't panicking at the end!

Such a beautiful day Saturday—Pixy’s grad party was such a beautiful day—the details were over the top gorgeous, but adding in the people—well, that made the whole thing. Super beautiful and sweet soirée for a beautiful graduate! Congratulations, Pixy!

Carma did it — the MD stands for Medicinae Doctor, but it could also stand for Mighty and Determined. 🩺✨

I’d like to celebrate not only the doctor she has become, but also the village that helped get her there: a husband who loved her through the chaos, parents who sacrificed and encouraged, and family who showed up again and again.
MD earned with a lot of love. And so many proud people around her!!
