I thought I was just being lazy today... until I looked at my receipt for yesterday. 😅
• 5:00 AM wake-up
• 1-hour drive to the airport
• Flight from Rapid City to Hayden
• 1.5-hour drive back home
• Rode 3 horses
• Finished evening chores
• Finally hit the couch at 9:15 PM

Living with a chronic illness is a bizarre balancing act that I haven’t quite mastered yet. I’m so used to white-knuckle controlling my days that “planning for rest” and understanding my body’s toxic load feels completely foreign.

Turns out I wasn’t being lazy today—my hardware just ran out of adrenaline.
