✨SPRING CALENDAR UPDATE✨

Today I finalized my calendar for this spring! It will go live tomorrow for all those who receive my emails and will be available to everyone else next Monday!

I know many of you know I am moving soon. While I don’t know exactly when yet (military life, am I right??) I do know I will not be booking past June. If I do any sessions in July or beyond they will be done on a week to week basis based on my family’s moving status. I know this isn’t how it’s usually done in the photography world 🫣🤣 but in a situation like ours, it’s the best I can offer!

I have LOVED getting to know so many of you through this business. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again… I have never taken for granted being invited into your lives to capture your moments. It’s meant everything to me. I hope to see as many of you as possible behind my camera this spring!

(I will also announce dates for spring minis and kindergarten minis next week!)

This year I worked with families with older kids more than I had previously. So many of them were such kind and respectful kids. And my biggest takeaway was how much love they showed their parents, especially the mamas! All these families giving me hope that my kids will still like me when they’re older! 🩶

Hi! I’m back! I have thoroughly enjoyed my couple month break from social media. I have spent the last couple weeks spending the holidays fully invested in my family and then of course our extended winter break (if you’re from Memphis, ya know what I mean!)

I’m so excited for what’s to come with my business this year and tomorrow I have my first photo session! I can’t wait to start pouring in to all of you again this year and show off some of my late 2023 families I haven’t shared with you yet.

I’ve had the honor of photographing and her beautiful family 3 times now and I fall more in love every time. It was FREEZING during this and they were all getting over sickness but we still got so many wonderful photos because the love is just oozing from them 🥰🥰🥰

Guys, I’ve been hoarding pictures 🤦🏻‍♀️ I probably have about 15 beautiful families to share with you! Every day I tell myself I need to post and then I get caught up in editing and the day gets away from me. But here I am, still trying to show up 😅 I promise to share all these amazing families with you who have made my fall/winter so wonderful over the next few weeks!

When your friend is very open about how much she dreads pictures but when she gets the gallery you get a text saying “we are crying over here. These are amazing”.

Listen, you may not all love the process of doing family pictures. But the build up in your head is probably way worse than the reality. At my sessions we keep things relaxed and fun. And at the end of the day, I promise you’ll regret not capturing this stage of your kids, your relationship, your family, yourself, your life. Its worth it 🤎

This weekend I went to Nashville to do photos for my best friend and several of her friends. On the way home I got a flat on the Highway! When we took down my spare, that wasn’t drivable either!! I got back to Memphis 9 hours after leaving Nashville 😳😳

But it was all worth it! First because I got to have a kid free dinner with my best AND because I get to show her gorgeous pictures of her beautiful family like this 🤎🤎🤎

Obsessed is an understatement. Can we talk about how insanely beautiful this girl is?? But she’s more than beauty… she hunts, loves her mama, and was absolutely hilarious. She always felt “awkward” and uncomfortable as many people do having their pictures taken alone but you would never know it!!

When I first started senior sessions I was terrified I wouldn’t know what to do with just one person. My sessions are usually so focused on my subjects connection to one another. But senior sessions have quickly become my favorite. I love seeing these young adults shine and I always have so much fun with them 🤎
