As a resident of Mercersburg myself, this was SO exciting for me. I know a lot of photographers have been itching to get out here- me included!- but I went ahead and snagged up an evening at my favorite time to shoot - 6:30-8 PM.

Sessions will be as followed:

🌿 6/1/26: Lavender Field Update for Photographers 🌿

Our lavender is now fully budded, and we're beginning to see the first hints of purple throughout the field. While the blooms are not fully open yet, the field is entering one of its most exciting stages and will continue to gain color over the coming weeks.

If you're a photographer interested in scheduling a lavender session this season, now is the time to reach out. Many sessions are booked in advance, and we'll be providing bloom updates as the field progresses toward peak color.

📸 What to expect:
• Purple color is beginning to develop now
• The field should become increasingly colorful over the next 1 to 3 weeks
• Peak photography conditions are still ahead
• Harvest will begin after bloom season

This is the main reason I keep my prices what they are - because not everyone can afford a high priced photographer. Not that they aren’t worth it, they absolutely are. But in my soul and heart of hearts, the memories and smiles that you get from our sessions together are worth so much more than dollars. 💜📸
