My clients are the best! I recently photographed these two adorable twins for their baptism portraits and it was so much fun. Baptism portraits are some of my favorite sessions and I offer them as a complimentary service for a limited number of sessions each month. The top three things I learned from Jamie of Resto Clean at my Chamber of Commerce Leads Group meeting:

1. Check your crawl space for standing water every now and then. Flooded crawl spaces can cause mold to grow throughout the walls of your home and even into the attic.

2. Don't ignore a squeaky bathroom fan! Keep them clean and don't let them run all day or night. Dirty bathroom fans cause a lot of electrical house fires. Also, It isn't uncommon for insulation from the attic to fall into the fan from above.

3. Replace expired smoke detectors. Your life and the lives of your loved ones depend on them.

Hopefully you won't have need of their services but if you do, they are the professionals to call. They take care of fire and flood damage and the comfort and care of the affected homeowners are their number one priority!
