i wonder everyday what my life would be like if 9 years ago i didn’t pursue my dreams of becoming a photographer.
i think i would be a quiet observer that never has the courage to compliment someone, have enough confidence to have boundaries, or maybe even be scared to ask a stranger for a photo.
the woman you know today is all from building a business from literally nothing but a dream to possibly make something out of myself so that i wouldn’t have to work under someone and wake up every day contemplating the life choices that i made.
i’ve made so many mistakes as a business owner but somehow gained so many more wins.
getting to experience such love and passion for what i do that it consumes me is such a blessing because not many people get to do that.
not many people understand the difficulties of having a job that’s art based. there’s so much emotion linked to it and it’s SO personal.
this business is quite literally every bit of my heart and soul.
getting to say that i’ve owned a business for NINE years is truly unbelievable.
i truly hope that with every session that i’ve done so far, you’ve all been able to look back and smile at those photos.
