When parents see their gallery, the favorite is usually the smiling portrait.
But years later?
It’s often the photo they almost skipped.
The one where their child reached for them.
The one that felt imperfect.
The one that quietly captured who they were together.
That’s why I photograph both the portrait and everything in between.

Locals know this side of Miami Beach exists 🤍. People really think Miami Beach is only nightlife, tourists, and chaos.
Meanwhile, local moms are over here raising babies, doing school drop-offs, building routines, and creating quiet little lives in the middle of it all 🤍
As someone born and raised in Miami Beach, I think that contrast is exactly why I photograph motherhood the way I do.
Soft. Intimate. Calm.
Even in a city people rarely slow down enough to actually see.

But for a lot of us raising families here…
life feels much quieter than people imagine 🤍
Slow mornings
walks with little ones
the softness of home in the middle of a city people rarely slow down enough to really see.
I think that’s part of what inspires the way I photograph motherhood in my private Miami Beach studio.
