How Far We’ve Come!❤️
I love this photo because it reminds me of myself—the person who was always figuring things out, even when it wasn’t easy. 😅
This was taken in my living room in Toronto four years ago, before I had my studio. At the time, every session meant creating something from nothing: a big brown fabric cloth as a backdrop, just one light, and a whole lot of preparation to make the space work.
The challenges? Making sure my dog🦮 didn’t photobomb the session!
I even got a dog daycare membership just to keep him out of the way. After each session, I’d fold everything up and tuck it away in a little cabinet, hoping it would all fit.🙌
Looking back, it wasn’t always easy, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and for every client who trusted me along the way.🤗🫶❤️
