"The Devil is in the Details." No truer words apply to the work underway at the 1810 Means Mansion in Middlebury, Vermont! Check out the restored dovetail joint on an exterior window blind and the duplicate railing based on a found original. Plus: Mort and Randall construct framing for garage railing; Ron works on porch railings and Kathleen primes one of MANY window blinds. Sewer hookup is nearly complete thanks to Stearns Excavation.

The big news in Addison County this week took place on Monday when the 1938 historic Hubbard Ski Cabin was transplanted to a new site at the Middlebury Snowbowl. Fun opportunity to photograph for the College! Featured are interns Taz and Shari, Derrick Cram, Churchill Franklin and Snowbowl Director Kim Essensa, and essential tradesman. Includes video.
