There have been 10 KLP weddings so far this season and 8 of my couples have experienced rain!! It’s been an interesting season to say the least! Here are a few things to keep in mind if rain shows up on your big day:

My first priority is always keeping my couples as comfortable as possible. I’ll scout covered locations that still have gorgeous light and beautiful backdrops, so you’re not standing in the rain unless that’s exactly what you want.

And if you’re the kind of couple who wants to run outside after the ceremony, embrace the weather, and make some memories in the rain? Count me in. I’ll race you outside the second I see the sun peek through, stand in the rain while you stay as dry as possible, and we’ll make the most of it. Some of my favorite images have come from those unexpected moments.

At the end of the day, your wedding isn’t about perfect weather, it’s about celebrating your marriage. My job is to adapt, help you stay calm, and make sure you can stay present while I take care of the rest. 🤍

Marissa & Ben ✨

What an incredible day spent watching these two become husband and wife. So much emotion filled every part of this joyful celebration, and it was such an honor to witness!

The love Marissa and Ben share for one another is undeniable, but what stood out just as much was the love surrounding them. Seeing their family and friends celebrate them so wholeheartedly made the entire day feel incredibly special.
