The older I get, the more I realize how important these everyday moments really are.
The way your home felt. The little hands wrapped around yours. The laughter in the kitchen. The way your children looked at you in this season of life.

Storytelling photography freezes those fleeting moments before they become memories. And to me, that’s the most meaningful kind of art there is. 🤍

I’m endlessly thankful to  for sharing her heart, knowledge, and gift for storytelling. Her work made me see photography in such a deeper way.

Storytelling photography means so much more to me than just taking beautiful photos.
It’s preserving the feeling of this season before it slips away — the way your children reach for you, the movement of your home, the laughter, the chaos, the quiet in-between moments that someday will mean everything. 🤍

These are the memories I want families to hold onto forever. The real moments. The ones that tell your story exactly as it was.

I’m so thankful for  and her mentorship. The way she tells stories through her art is truly incredible, and when I first came across her work, I instantly knew I wanted to learn from her. Watching the way she sees and documents families has inspired me so deeply.

And such a huge thank you to  for welcoming us into your home and allowing us to document these true, beautiful moments together.

I love these photos so much and can’t wait to bring more storytelling sessions like this into my own work. 🤍

It doesn’t have to be “say cheese” or everyone looking at the camera at the same time. It can just be you, loving on your people, letting your kids be exactly who they are… and me quietly capturing it all as it unfolds.

There’s nothing quite like those first quiet hours—when the world slows down and it’s just you, your baby, and a love you’ve never known before. The tiny stretches, the soft yawns, the way they fit perfectly in your arms… it all feels brand new and fleeting at the same time.

I had the chance to capture this Fresh 48 during a 1:1 with and I’m so grateful. I absolutely love Fresh 48 sessions, and she is incredible—getting to watch her in action and learn so much was such a special experience. I can’t wait to do more of these.
