Some wedding days just leave a lasting impression, and Cassie & Caleb’s was one of them.

One of my favorite things about this day was how evident it was that these two are truly best friends. A little behind the scenes moment from this evening🤩

I came home from work, grabbed my camera, and headed straight to the ball field for this birthday session— and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to spend my evening any other way.

I’ve been capturing his birthday photos since he turned one,and getting to watch these babies grow up year after year is one of the sweetest parts of what I do.🤍

It’s hard to explain how meaningful it is to photograph the same people through different seasons of life. 🥹

Years ago, I captured them as they were getting ready to become parents for the first time. Now here we are again — a little wiser, a little busier, but surrounded by even more love than before. 💖

Photographing friends through years of growing, changing, and becoming is one of the greatest honors this job has given me. This session felt emotional in the very best way, and I already know this gallery will stay one of my favorites for a long time.
