Remember that Lake Champlain wind? It stuck around all day at Basin Harbor, and by golden hour it was doing gorgeous things with Lil’s hair. We walked the two of them out as the sun dropped low over the water, the trees glowing every shade of October, and right as they reached the railing she looked back over her shoulder with that little smile. That one.

Some sessions just have everything — golden hour, spring blooms, a dramatic bridge, and two people completely crazy about each other. 🌸
I made the trip down to New York City this past weekend to photograph Sam and Robbie in Astoria Park, and wow — did we get it all. From daffodil fields to the Hell Gate Bridge at sunset, every frame felt like a movie still.
