Life feels very full lately in the best, most chaotic way — family in town, basement construction, editing spring minis, prepping for summer minis, soaking in my babies (who apparently believe sleep is optional), and all the little in-between moments that make up this season of life.

I had a newborn session this morning, and holding that tiny baby instantly brought me back to those first days with mine. Seven months somehow feels like yesterday and forever all at once. It’s wild how quickly it all goes 🤍

My favorite part of this session? Dad kissed her bump and baby kicked right back — like she already knew her favorite guy was right there. The sweetest little moment you can’t plan. I loved getting to capture this season for these two! I already can’t wait for their newborn session later this month 🤍

There’s just something so special about documenting both — the waiting, and then finally meeting your baby. If you’re expecting and want to capture both chapters, I’d love to create that story for you too ✨

I just saw this beautiful family for spring minis last night, and I can’t get over how much has changed since their newborn session for their baby girl… now she’s already 9 months old 🤍 Watching your babies grow with each session is truly one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Summer minis are in the works! ☀️ I’ve been dreaming up beach nights, blooming gardens, open fields, and those golden forest evenings … and I am SO ready to be back outside. This back-and-forth weather has been such a tease!

A whole year of this sweet pea 🥰 watching your families grow is honestly my favorite part of this job!

From those tiny newborn stretches to first smiles, wobbly sits, and that proud one-year glow — every stage tells its own little story. And the truth is, it all goes by so fast. Milestone sessions let you hold onto those in-between moments… the ones you don’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone.

The chubby cheeks at 3 months, the giggles at 6, the curiosity at 9, and the “look what I can do!” energy at one — all pieces of a year you’ll never get back, but will always get to remember 🤍
