Baby Alonzo in a basket 🥰
This shoot was so fun and definitely a good challenge for me. I took a ton of pictures of Alonzo because babies are constantly moving, they don’t understand you’re trying to get them to look at you, let alone keep their eyes open or their tongue in their mouths. 😂 I wanted to make sure I got good shots! But this also made me have to go through the whole album four or five times to be able to cut out the ones that I didn’t think were perfect.
Since starting my photography biz, I’ve learned this is something I really struggle to do! If you look at my wedding portfolio there are so many duplicates (I just loved them all okay 🥺). This may not seem like that big of a problem, but when I have too many photos to edit, it’s easier to get burnt out on a project, and it’s harder for the client to decide what they actually like and dislike!
So I’m very thankful for the opportunity to get better, and the patience that and Antonio had with me while waiting on this album! It wasn’t easy to get through, simply for the fact that they made such a cute kid. ;)
