Had the opportunity to work with this Soon-to-be Graduate the other day on a . Westmoreland Park was the selected location has it has always been there with trees to climb and open space to enjoy, a place representing the life lived here in the PDX metro as glorious next steps await.

Photos don't necessarily need names or titles, but as a writer as well as a photographer names help me remember the story of the photo or the story I build around the image.

This shot was taken about 15 years ago or so under the pier at Pismo Beach, CA. It was a grey day, some rain. There has been some photoshop tweaking beyond typical color correction, cropping, etc, because the image was dictating its own story.

In the end the photo earned the title:

Death.

Scammers will try to hit anyone, it don't matter to them.

Three times Scammers have tried to get me through Cheshire Grin, book a shoot for an event, a family shoot, etc. But it gets pretty obvious when things aren't real.

Photogs need to ask questions, a good number of them if you're trying to get all the right information to produce a quality session. Just like Storytelling: Who? What? Where? When? Why?

These are the basics, ask them always.

Scammers gonna Scam, but questions answer what is real and what is fake.
