Would you believe me if I told you I turned on my maternity leave out of office on today?!

With baby joining us so soon, I’m taking a little time to get everything ready (freezer meal suggestions anyone?) and to wrap things up before being a bit slower to respond for the next several months!

I’m doing a modified leave through July, shooting the weddings that are already booked and taking on 5 family clients/month but otherwise I’ll be home with my girls getting settled as a family of 4 💕

Packing hospital bags this weekend and you better believe I have a vision for our photos once Baby Girl is here! I told my husband to make sure he has spring pastels in his wardrobe.

Also it’s hitting me I have to give birth again, I had a relatively uneventful experience last time so praying for the same or better! Moms of multiples, does the fear of giving birth ever really go away? Asking for a friend 🤗

Resurfacing from my nesting bubble to touch base on availability! I can’t believe we’re about to bring home our second little one and also start wedding season shortly after. If you’re a wedding client, keep an eye out for an email from me this week about all of your details so we can get that squared away!

Family clients, sadly I’m not doing Mother’s Day Minis this year but will be slowly picking back up towards the end of May with full sessions.

2027 is starting to book and I’m taking on a much more limited number of weddings! With our growing family, I’m shifting more into family and newborn work so I don’t miss out on all the weekends with my kids but can’t wait to celebrate you regardless 💕

Popping in to say Hi after a few slower months of getting ready for baby! If I’m being honest, this pregnancy has been tough from a symptoms standpoint and still being sick despite being in the 3rd trimester. But luckily, baby girl is going great and we’re excited to meet her in just over a month 💕

I’m reminiscing on the beautiful destination work I got to do last year and though this year is more focused locally since we’ll have a newborn, I feel so lucky to get to work with each and every one of my clients no matter where you’re getting married.

That said, I think all of us Minnesotans could use a tropical beach day this time of year so enjoy from !

Happy happy NYE! I’d like to tell you I put together one of those 2025 recap posts but it’s safe to say I dropped the ball (pun intended 😉) on social media this year. A great goal for next year to keep up with!

I hope you’re celebrating tonight and dancing the night away! As for me, it’s take out with some friends and an early ball drop for the toddlers. Life really does come at you fast! See you in 2026 🤍

Christmas?! Tomorrow?! How did this year fly so quickly? Forever grateful to my sweet, beautiful clients who chose to work with me again this year 🤍
