Sharing these photos from the engagement shoot for Megan & Justin!! When Megan came to me with her concept photos and her ideas for this shoot, I fell in LOVE. I had been wanting to do a shoot like this for a while, so this was a dream shoot. ✨🌟

I have discovered that I ADORE working with couples. I love to sink back a bit, focus more on the artistic compositions, and just capture their love. 💗

Hi!! It’s been a bit! ✨🌿I realized I haven’t posted ANY seniors from this year so I had to change that!!!🍓☔️🎨✨ Olivia was one of my first seniors this summer!! Look at how photogenic she is!!! Look at the cool hazy fractal rainbow thingy🌈⛅️!!

On another note -
I’m still finding my place as a photographer and I’m trying to figure out how I want to present my Instagram (as well as how I want it to represent my business). I’ve been trying to do what other photographers do, but I’m realizing that doesn’t quite work for me. A big part of what motivates my work is appreciating and practicing authenticity, but somehow I got trapped in comparison and doing what the other “ successful photographers do” rather than what is a reflection of me.

I want to share my art and the joy from these sessions!! I’m realizing that how I present myself on socials may be different than others in my field, but that different doesn’t equate to objectively lesser or worse.

Today marks the last day of pride month this year. 🌈 As a reminder, my space is an open environment for all LGBTQIA+ people. As a q***r person, I know how important it is to share a community and feel safe, accepted and most importantly, authentic to yourself. HAPPY PRIDE 🫧🪼🪩

Long time no post! Managing my time between shoots and college has been a difficult adjustment to day the least.

My new favorite color to incorporate in pics is pink so I had a great time with this shoot hehe 🌷🌟

We got up super early to have a morning session (don’t worry I got coffee ;)) and I loved the results. It was so easy to photograph them, they were in their own little world✨✨

Happy Sunday!!

If you’ve been following my stories, you know that I just recently moved into an apartment! I appreciate everyone’s patience as I adjust to that. It’s definitely been challenging getting back to my routine.

This was undoubtedly the fastest photoshoot I’ve done. We were both waiting in line to shoot at a different spot, when we both made eye contact and were like, “do you wanna shoot together?”
Fun fact - these shots were taken right in line, where we were standing!

For a 2 minute shoot, I think we got some pretty great pictures though :)
