Jenna & Nathaniel’s New Year’s Eve wedding was spectacular. I’ve loved working with these two since our first call—they are so sweet and down-to-earth, and full of sincere love for each other and their people.

Surrounded by friends and family in a stunning church filled with of color, symbolism, and iconography, Jenna & Nathaniel went through the same ceremony as thousands of Orthodox couples before them. The gift of documenting these sacred moments will never be lost on me.

We continued the celebration at the Historic Chateau Theatre in downtown Rochester, complete with an array of delicious food and live music by the Madison Parish Ensemble, a band the bride and groom had seen and loved on one of their early dates. Every detail was intentional and personal. Congratulations to you both again—I couldn’t imagine a more joyous way to ring in the new year!! 🥳💒💜

Jacob & Kayley have had an invisible string tying them together for years — they grew up five minutes apart and went to the same church, but never actually met until college. Now, after four years together, they’re getting married in May 🥹💜.

We had the most picture-perfect evening for their engagement session, and though this was my first time at Ritter Farm, I have a feeling I’ll be willing to make this drive again 😍

Alaina & Brody, you are too cute for words 🥹🥰 we had a beautiful night for their engagement session and I loved getting to know their fun, sweet demeanor as a couple. These high school sweethearts tie the knot in June and I cannot wait to party with them!! 🤩

Katie & Garrett’s engagement session was the loveliest collision of summer and fall ☀️🍁 with temps near 80 and leaves starting to change, everything felt warm and vibrant and glowy. These two are so sweet and easygoing, and I can’t wait for all the beauty of their wedding next fall! 🥰

I had the best time showing these two around Lake Harriet on the loveliest September day—they came all the way from southern Minnesota and this gem of a location was well worth it! Their love is fun, natural, and so easy to capture.

They’ll be tying the knot on New Year’s Eve and I am so excited to celebrate them! 🥳💒🫶🏻

As we close out the holiday season, let me show you Stef & Derrick’s magical Christmastime wedding 🥰🎄🤩

These two got married two weeks ago with fresh snow on the ground and a bundle of friends and family ready to celebrate. Stef & Derrick pulled out all the stops for this ultra-classy wedding day, and the whole thing looked straight out of a Hallmark movie 😍.

Stef and I grew up together, so this was an extra, extra special one for me 🥹 we spent countless hours watching Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings in middle school, which I largely credit as part of why I’m a wedding photographer today 😂💜. It was the coolest full-circle moment to show up at her wedding (eight weeks after my own!), walk into a room full of friends I haven’t seen much since high school, and watch dreams we’d talked about over a decade ago come true 🥹. It was as if nothing and everything had changed—I think our younger selves would be floored to look 15 years into the future and see these beautiful weddings and the love that made them possible.

Anne & Jaden 🥹💜 this was a special one!!! Anne is one of my sister’s best friends and I’ve known her and Jaden probably as long as they’ve known each other! We all went to college together and I had the joy of being a slightly-outside observer to this big group of underclassmen band geeks developing a longstanding friendship. Since then, I’ve photographed or been to at least half the weddings from this friend group, so this one felt like a big college/client reunion 🥰

Through music tours, camping trips, and thanksgiving pie baking days with these friends, Anne & Jaden became particularly close. Last year, they finally realized there was something special there and went all in, which led us to this glorious wedding day!!

With September sun on full blast and fall colors finally starting to show off, we ended up with a beautiful day for an all-outdoor wedding! There were so many sweet details: Anne wearing her mom’s dress, carving out time for photos with their cats, tons of pies homemade by one of Anne’s bridesmaids…it was all so thoughtful and personal 💜. I’m thrilled for you two!! May your marriage as surrounded by joy, community, and support as your wedding day was 🥰.

Sarah & Dakota will always remember the twenty-first night of September 💃🏼🕺🏻🪩 this was one of the most chill weddings I’ve ever been to—easygoing and relaxed, but still a TON of fun!

I love how absolutely delighted Sarah & Dakota are to just be together. As soon as they saw each other at the first look, they were giddy and grinning and ready to embrace all their wedding day had for them.

was a fabulous host and the most beautiful setting for this early fall day—you can’t beat a ceremony under a willow tree 😍 with gorgeous light and perfect weather all day, we ended up with some stunning photos that perfectly captured everyone’s joy and excitement 🥰

Never was there a sweeter pair than Emma & Ryan 🥹💜. This windy September wedding day was glorious, from the radiant smiles to the coffee to the dreamy golden hour 😍.

Emma & Ryan have such a steadiness about them that shows in their rootedness in their faith and their devotion to each other. You can see just how at home they are with each other and how deeply they care about making the world a better place. Their joy was infectious as they treasured every moment of their wedding day.

was SUCH a beautiful setting for the day, and I loved how Emma & Ryan matched their color scheme so perfectly to the venue 😍. There was no shortage of gorgeous photos spots to play with, and it helps that this bride & groom were down for just about anything! I can already tell this is going to be a huge final gallery because WOW 😍😍😍

Abby & Kyle’s wedding was pure joy. What a gift to spend the day in the presence of two people who love each other—and love their people—so boldly.

Starting the day at Abby & Kyle’s home church, we saw firsthand how their community loves them and the joy they find in being part of something greater. Plus, those big wooden doors and stained glass windows photographed like a dream 😍

We partied over at for the reception, where friends and family gave the kindest speeches, packed the dance floor, and Kyle’s baby cousin handed out fist bumps to anyone and everyone who would take them 🥹.

Thanks for sharing your perfect day with me, Mr. & Mrs. Kramer!! You two are a true delight 💜💜💜

Jeanette & Jake got married last Friday and it was just beautiful 💜. We got a day of perfect weather in this otherwise incredibly rainy Minnesota summer, making their outdoor ceremony that much more special.

Community was the refrain all day at this wedding. Friends and family came from all over to witness Jeanette & Jake start this new chapter together! Jeanette invited 13 friends to spend the morning with her, getting ready and eating Panera, and it was beautiful to see how strong her connections from college and seminary have stayed.

Jeanette & Jake’s love is steady and inviting — you could tell they cared so much about everyone in attendance and wanted to celebrate together, and guests felt the same way towards them. Whether during cocktail hour or on the dance floor, they were the at the center of the action! It was a joy to witness and to document. 🥳💜

Oh my goodness, Kailey & Cody, your wedding was perfection 😍

In all of our pre-wedding meetings, Kailey & Cody talked about how high of a priority it was for them to be present on their wedding day. The whole day reflected that value so beautifully—as soon as we walked in, I could see how smoothly everything was already running and how steady and relaxed everyone felt. Their family and wedding party were on top of everything and the staff at Hidden Greens was incredible—all part of the foundation that allows all the wedding day emotions to set in, and did they ever! There were sweet tears during the vows, when Kailey and her dad played guitar together, during the mother-son dance, and whenever it hit them that this was the day they became husband and wife 💜.

I loved their springy color scheme, Cody’s fun moment to show off his skills at an Old Fashioned, Kailey’s INCREDIBLE dress, watching them make their own Cold Stone bowls, the adorable choreo in their first dance, and how perfectly their cocktail hour playlist lined up with my Spotify library. Everything had such a genuine touch and the joy was tangible 🥰.

What a love you two have!! I so admire the strength of your commitment to each other and your community—you are building a rich, beautiful life together your wedding day was clear evidence of that. Thank you so much for letting me in on this world you’re creating 💜🥹.
