A few more images from from yesterday. There are some really nice views of the Minneapolis Skyline from the Washington Ave Bridge/Weisman Art Museum. I enjoyed photographing the light rail with my "fisheye lens" as Riley would put it.

The Weisman Art Museum will always be one of my favorite buildings in Minneapolis to photograph! For today's we met at the Washington Ave Bridge. Last year in Late September was my first time joining the Sunday Sunrise Club and this is where met, so I am glad to have come back again. The first image is a stack of 13 images to capture multiple light trails from cars, busses, and the light rail.

After shooting sunrise we always find a nearby place for coffee and conversation, this week we decided on checking out the Minneapolis Farmers Market. The coffee, conversation, and smells of the food vendors were great, I even captured a few frames of the market.

There is just something about photographing cities when it is rainy and gloomy out, it opens up some very neat compositions you wouldn't normally see. Here are some more images that I captured during at Peavy Plaza in Downtown Minneapolis.

We met at Peavy Plaza for this morning. The rainy gloomy morning made for some nice reflections and moody images. I really enjoyed shooting the light trails of the passing buses.

"Cathedralhenge"

Although I didn't get the Manhattanhenge effect becuase of the cloud bank covering the sun as it came up, I still really enjoy how this timelapse turned out. A little over 1,700 images went into making this timelaspe.
