🎨 CALL FOR ARTISTS — Fresh Faces at Umbra Arts Gallery

If you’re a Twin Cities artist with work that means something—this one’s for you.

Fresh Faces is an upcoming group exhibition at Umbra Arts Gallery in Uptown Minneapolis, and they’re selecting four artists who bring a clear voice, strong intention, and work that can truly hold a wall.

This isn’t safe, filler, or background art.
It’s about identity, perspective, and presence.

The Saloon was packed Saturday night! The people showed up looking good and ready to support the contestants.

Saturday kicked off early for the contestants and judges for the interview. Meanwhile, the community discussion, classes, pet mosh, and last afternoon socials filled the rest of the day.

Friday night was the kick-off for Twin Cities Leather and Fe**sh weekend. Minnesota Leather Pride also hosted Floggapalooza. Then, mid-evening, all of the contestants were introduced, 5 for Mr. Twin Cities Leather and 5 for Twin Cities Fe**sh.

I’m very excited to share the video that I shot and edited of the new giant Minnesota Leather Pride flag that we unveiled at the Twin Cities Pride parade on Sunday. This flag is BEAUTIFUL, and it was stunning to see it spread its wings for the first time.

I took the opportunity tonight at MNLP's Floggapalooza event at the Saloon to try out a new 360 camera. I captured a lot of video that I'm working on editing together, but this is my favorite photo, in "tiny planet" mode.
