Sheep, chickens, and cows, oh my!

Had the pleasure to have a shoot a few weeks ago down in Verona, WI. They specialize is local produce, livestock and worm composting! If you’re in the area, be sure to check them out either at their farm or at numerous farmers markets around the Madison area!

Last week I had the chance to photograph a track meet at Columbia Heights. It was a chilly evening but the 12 teams competing in the meet stayed busy from start to finish.

One of the things I like most about track meets is how much is happening at once. While one race is wrapping up, another event is getting started somewhere else on the track or in the field.

It was a great night of competition and a fun meet to capture!

Tuesday night I had the chance to capture Columbia Heights/Fridley varsity softball team go up against Holy Angels, with Holy Angels winning 15-0.

This was the first of hopefully many sporting events I’ll be capturing! Playing sports growing up, I really enjoyed the challenge and look forward to learning more about this style of photography!

Cheers to big changes.

I’m officially doing photography full time.
Yep. It’s finally happening. 💃🏼

I’ve been putting this off for way too long because I didn’t (and honestly still don’t) have everything figured out — how to run a business, the perfect plan, all the details.

But at some point you just have to start.

So… screw it. We’re doing it!

You’ll start seeing more photos from past projects, new work I’m creating, and whatever else I end up pointing a camera at.

I’ve got some exciting things coming up and I’m pumped to share them.

How can you help/support? If you — or someone you know — needs photos for anything, send them my way! I’d love to connect and create something beautiful.

I'm excited, scared, and eager to see where this goes. Thanks for following along!

Here goes nothing.

Tens of thousands of protesters gather in downtown Minneapolis during the “ICE out” day of protest last Friday. Highs of -15 didn’t stop people from gathering and making their voices heard.

Photos taken January 23, 2026

These photos are a few days late to the relevance of what is going on in Minneapolis right now. I recently switched career gears and am trying to make photography more of a full time gig, and boy am I learning along the way. Turns out the news can change in minutes and if you’re not on top of it, photos can be “too late” or lose its relevance. Sigh.

So, here we are, 3 days later cause the news in the city changed drastically since these photos were taken. Alas, even though they may be late, they still deserve a chance to be shown.
