Here are some stats that should be on a billboard:
The WNBA didn't get charter flights until 2024.
For 27 years, the best women's basketball players on earth flew commercial — middle seats, layovers, hours after a game — while the NBA flew private.
The first time a WNBA player flew on a charter to a game happened during my lifetime. Yours too.

The USA women's basketball team has won 8 straight Olympic gold medals — the longest streak in any team sport in Olympic history.
Half of those women have to play in Russia, Turkey, or Korea in the offseason to make rent.
Sit with that.

The 2024 NCAA Women's Final outdrew the men's by 4 million viewers. The 2024 WNBA Finals outdrew multiple MLB playoff games.
The demand has always been there. What hasn't is the investment.
But it's coming. Slowly, loudly, and on the backs of women who've waited long enough
