I’m really bad about sharing my photography to my actual feed and not just my stories, so here is some of my work from over the years! ✨

There is so much more where this came from but unfortunately my hard drive crashed and i don’t have access to all my work other than what was saved on my actual computer…

It has been so fun to capture so many different milestones in people’s lives - i’ve shot everything from in-home lifestyle sessions to weddings, from seniors to maternity, kids, bo***ir, engagements, families, branding headshots, and more!

I love getting to freeze these moments for people and I’m so thrilled to be diving back in, after putting photography on the back burner the last few years! 🙌🏻

I get asked all the time what the difference is between content creation and videography, so thought I’d break it down.

Both have their value, and one is not to replace the other — It’s really just about what’s better suited for YOU!

Some people choose one or the other, some people opt for both!

Content creation is better suited for couples who want real time, social ready content without high end production costs, and videography is better suited for couples who want a professional, long term wedding film keepsake 💕

I know these aren’t wedding shots, but I’ve always had a thing for freezing the littlest moments with my kids and I wanted to share 🤍

This is where my focus was for many years — I have always LOVED candid, creative, documentary style photography. I was ADDICTED to perfecting it and it was so fun when they were littler!

Now they’re 8 and (almost) 11, and well.. it’s just not the same! Incredibly grateful I have these moments frozen in frame though. I’ll always be able to look back and remember those pointed toes to reach the sink, the cute wedgies, the socks that went up to her knees, and the way my husband use to carry them both on his shoulders! 🥹

Hey! Im Rachel, the girl behind the lens, founder of Candid Creative Co and the heart behind the business ♥︎

I’m absolutely thrilled (like, doing-a-little-happy-dance thrilled) to finally launch this page and business! As someone who has been in the industry of capturing the most precious moments for the past 9 years, it truly felt like a calling from God when this was placed on my lap a few weeks ago.

I have photographed so many different moments and events from family photos to weddings to parties, and more. I’ve also always been that friend who captures every hangout, preserving every little detail and emotion, no matter how mundane those moments may seem.

With the ever-changing world of social media, and videos being our main focus of sharing, I decided it was time to add wedding + event content creation to the mix! (Think behind-the-scenes magic, trendy reels, and TikTok-worthy moments!)

✞ Jesus is my rock. Sunsets, coffee, dark chocolate, and snuggly blankets are my soft spots.
