Just the Berga family + the downtown squirrels on a sunny afternoon šæļø š
Iām honored anyone chooses me to document their moments, but a little even more so when itās another photographer. Truthfully, Iāve always had a hard time finding my people in this world ā¦and it was no different for me when I went to seek out friends who shared the same love I do for this art. I feel like nobody talks about how hard it can be to make photographer friends in the same area as yourself. Thereās this weird layer to it that everyone seems way to focused on ā¦comparison, competition, wondering if someone actually wants to be your friend or if itās just ānetworking.ā After doing this for a while, I had pretty much accepted that maybe local photographer friends just werenāt going to be a thing for me.
Then thereās photographers like Emily.. I canāt tell you how many weddings sheās helped me make an absolute success, the wins weāve shared together, the honest late nights about the hard times, and cheering eachother on outside of workā¦ cause at the end of the day itās genuine.
This job leads me to a lot of cool people, and Iāll never get over it!! After this session I found out how much they love being in front of my lens, so you probably already recognize these ADORABLE faces!
