Two new mommas and their beautiful foals with their steady stallion was following just behind them. It was so peaceful watching their tails swish gracefully as they meandered over the green grasses. The babies were all wobbly and new, exploring everything for the first time, never straying far from Mom's side.

That feeling when you find a wild stallion who looks just like your adopted mustang 😍

The whole reason I started going to Devil's Garden Wilderness was to better understand my boy's life before he came into mine. Seeing this wild one was so very special to me. I hope the photos I share help others who have fallen in love with this wild herd see a glimpse of their life in the wild and understand them just a little bit more.
