I photographed a family last year - three generations in one frame.

Grandma was in her wheelchair. She didn't want to be in the picture. She said she didn't look good anymore.

Her daughter leaned down and said 'Mama, you're the reason we're all here.'

Grandma looked at the camera. And she smiled.

That photograph is hanging in their hallway now. And every time someone walks by it they stop.

Because that's not just a picture. That's the moment a woman understood she mattered.

That's what The Legacy Circle is. Five families. Everything included. As my gift.

Someone asked me yesterday what The Legacy Circle actually is.

I said - it's not a giveaway. It's not a promotion. It's me choosing five families and saying 'your story matters and I want to capture it before it's too late.'

The session is on me. The planning call is on me. $500 toward wall art is on me. Two digital images to keep is on me.

All I ask is permission to share your images and story so other families see what's possible.

If you've been waiting for a sign - this is it.

Feeling a little scattered after the holidays? McNaughton Photography has got you covered! Here are 3 simple organization hacks to start 2025 on the right foot. 📝

1. Embrace Digital Organization Tools

As technology continues to evolve, leverage digital tools to keep track of your tasks, schedules, and notes. Apps like Notion, Trello, or Microsoft OneNote offer easy ways to organize projects, create to-do lists, and even collaborate with others. Set reminders and categorize your tasks with color-coding or labels to maintain a clear overview of your priorities.

2. Adopt Time-Blocking for Deep Focus

Time-blocking is an effective strategy for reducing distractions and increasing productivity. Plan your day by scheduling blocks of time dedicated to specific tasks, allowing for deep focus without interruptions. Tools like Google Calendar or Todoist can help you allocate time for work, meetings, and personal activities, ensuring you don’t overcommit or waste time.

3. Simplify Your Workspace Regularly

A cluttered workspace can lead to a cluttered mind. In 2025, aim to streamline your physical and digital workspace regularly. De-clutter your desk, discard unnecessary items, and organize your files both physically and digitally. Use clear storage solutions for physical items and folder structures for digital files to create an environment that supports clarity and creativity.
