Hard truths about growth:

1) it’s uncomfortable

2) it’s uncommon bc it’s uncomfortable

3) it’s worth it but it takes work and courage

I’m not just talking about just a bo***ir photoshoot either. I would rather you put in the inner work somewhat consistently than book a session without doing the inner work.

Booking a bo***ir session will not solve all your problems. It will not automatically teach you about standards, boundaries, or self worth.

It’s a stepping stone in the bigger picture of ongoing self love and respect.

The fact that you are thinking about booking it already puts you 100 steps in front of most of the population.

Keep going and if I’m meant to see you in front of my lens one day you will be.

Magic was made today 🪄 ✨

Amanda is CRUSHING her training sessions and the studio just keeps getting better as we slowly make improvements and learn what works and what doesn’t.

You don’t need to show up knowing what to do with your hands, your face, or your body.
That’s literally my job.

I guide you the entire time — down to your fingers, your toes, and where to breathe.
Awkward is allowed. Nervous is normal.
You just show up as you are.

Snow days hit a little different when you’re a photographer ❄️
Part of me wishes we were cozy in the studio shooting today… but I’m also really grateful that I’m home safe — and so are our clients.
