Before the session started, this sweet girl wanted NOTHING to do with photos and mom + dad were convinced we wouldn’t get a single good image. 🥹

So we skipped the pressure, let the littles have fun, played, laughed, cuddled, explored, and just let the moments happen naturally.

And honestly? These are the sessions I love most. The unposed moments. The real connection. The tiny laughs, comfort hugs, curious looks, and genuine joy that tell your family’s story far better than perfectly posed smiles ever could. 🤍

POV: You book Oregon Coast photos and Oregon said “perfect, let me add dramatic rain for the full experience.”

This sweet family came all the way from Utah for coastal photos and we got absolutely SOAKED. The rain was pouring, the wind was wild, the kids were very much over it at moments 😂 but they embraced the chaos, trusted me completely, and we created magic anyway.

Honestly? Some of my favorite sessions happen when everything doesn’t go perfectly planned. Barefoot in the sand, drenched clothes, messy hair, big love, real moments. That’s the good stuff. 🩷

Oregon coast sessions will always have my heart.

Hey friends! I figured it was time for a little re-introduction since it’s been a little while … ok, a long while 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m Kathryn … your photographer, memory keeper, coffee lover, redbull drinker and probably the one telling you “okay wait… one more photo because THIS LIGHT.” 😂

I’m based in Oregon but travel often, and absolutely love capturing real moments. The messy, emotional, joyful, love-filled kind. Regardless of what brings us together and what kind of session we have, my goal is always the same:
to make you feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen.

Outside of photography, I’m all about family, traveling, comfy clothes, good food, and creating a life that feels meaningful and full.
