There is something about newness and how we hold space for it. In parenthood, it starts from those sweet arrivals and tender moments welcoming them with no real idea of what we’re actually doing, but knowing that it just makes sense. A new home was created inside a mother’s belly then celebrated in one built together on the outside.

I am thankful everyday that I get to document the newness in whatever celebration of life and love stories that unfold.

Wedding photography is not a luxury, but hiring someone who knows what they’re doing to capture irreplaceable moments and people, is. I always take pride in what I do because we get the opportunity to create emotive and meaningful imagery for others. Sometimes this is the first and last time all these individuals will be in a room together. Photos live on for lifetimes, they keep a memory, a person, a place-alive.
