Out of Office: Baby #2 🤍

I’ll be out of the office from April 27 – May 25 as we welcome baby number two and take some time as a family.

I can't believe my first niece is headed to her senior prom tomorrow. We managed to fit in a few senior portraits yesterday evening in her Prom Dress.

I was a junior in high school when she was born, and it feels like just yesterday I was picking her up from daycare after getting out of school. I remember playing the "Stay awake" game in the car after picking her up from daycare because she would always try to fall asleep in my truck...I guess it is safe to say some things never change because to this day she still falls asleep in my car when I take her places.

I can't believe how fast time flies, but I am so proud of the young lady she has become.

I am officially 37 weeks pregnant with Baby K 💕 — due May 4th!

Just a quick update on what the next few months will look like over here…

As many of you know, I’m mostly a one-woman show. Day-to-day operations fall on me, but I do have a few amazing part-time team members who help keep things running behind the scenes getting horse show photos edited and processed.

I’ll be taking most of May off to welcome Baby K (assuming she doesn’t decide to make an early appearance… I have a feeling she might, but Austin is convinced she’ll stay put 😂).

For the remainder of 2026, my team of photographers across the U.S. will be covering all UDJC shows, so everything there will continue as usual.

Portrait sessions will also be back this fall! We typically take June and July off from outdoor sessions because… Texas heat 🥵

That said—
I am currently booking Horse & Rider outdoor portrait sessions for the rest of 2026, and fall is filling up fast.
✨ October is already fully booked
✨ Limited openings remain in August, September, and November

I’ll be available for sessions across Texas (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio), plus a very limited number of openings in Florida while I’m there for shows (Tampa & TerraNova Shows)
