The definition of “it takes a village” 🤝 Blessed once again to be part of another great hunt at Doornrivier Safaris capturing some amazing stories 📸

In a 48-hour period I had the privelage of filming Jimmy Kendrick hunt a Duiker, Porcupine, Bontebok, Black Impala, and Cape Grysbok. All hunted with an air gun, all new species I got to lay hands on. Pinch me cause I think I’m still dreaming.

Living more life in one week than most live in a year 🤩 So grateful I got to capture this epic hunt. From punching my dangerous game card to seeing so many stunning trophies harvested, I count every second a blessing.

What a privilege it was to capture the Devitt family Big Sky Outdoor Expo taking on the Eastern Cape! Thank you for the great memories made on this epic hunt, the film will be unreal. Very blessed to have put hands on many new species myself!

The difference 36 hours can make 🕑🌍 Is it too late to make a 2025 recap post?!

These two photos mark one of the most surreal moments of my life. July 11th I’m in the Eastern Cape of South Africa at Doornrivier Safaris filming my father hunt a beautiful Nyala bull with my brother just hours before our flights board. July 12th I’m in Kampala, Uganda for a non-profit project attending a local wedding wearing a borrowed traditional dress from my host who I met two hours prior. The silky skirt covered my hunting boots still stained with drops of Nyala blood.

14 flights, 1,158 edited photos, 6 hours 23 minutes of edited video, and countless memories such as this. That certainly was not accomplished on my own, I could not have done it without my family, the people I’m privileged to work with, and God’s grace. I’m eternally grateful for what 2025 brought, I expect nothing less from 2026.
