✨ STRANGER SHOOT SUCCESS ✨

When I say these two made my job easy, I mean EASY. 🤍

Laney and Jacob walked into this shoot as complete strangers. I had never met either of them before, and they had never met each other. 👀

Within minutes, though, it felt like they had known each other for years!!Conversation flowed naturally, laughter came easy, and they needed almost no prompting from me. 🙏🏻

Between their shared love of cats, the outdoors, and Italian food, they found plenty to talk about. Even better? They genuinely seemed to enjoy each other's company from the very beginning. Especially at the end when they mutually got too hot and decided to cool off in the splash pad! 🤣🙌🏻💦

*A special shoutout to Jacob’s sister, who came along to help hold props, assist with posing, and ended up fitting right in with the group. The four of us spent the afternoon laughing and having a great time.

The best part? They're already planning a second date tomorrow. 🥹

…& the CUTEST one yet!!!

My very first stranger shoot baby has officially been born 🍼🐣

There are photos you take… and then there are stories you get to witness. 🤍

This is one of those stories.

It really doesn’t feel like that long ago these two were complete strangers. Just two people who took a chance, trusted the process, and showed up for something a little different - a stranger shoot. No expectations, no pressure… just a moment in time to see if maybe, just maybe, something could spark.

And now?

Now there’s a whole little life that exists because of that “what if.” 🥹

Getting to photograph them again, this time as parents, feels like watching a full circle moment unfold right in front of me. From nervous laughs and first interactions… to soft glances, inside jokes, and now tiny fingers wrapped around theirs.

It’s more than pictures.
It’s proof that sometimes the most unexpected beginnings turn into the most beautiful chapters.

This is why I do what I do!!!

It’s never just about the photos for me. It’s about connection. It’s about freezing the moments you didn’t even realize would mean everything later. It’s about telling your story - whether you already know it, or you’re still in the middle of writing it.
