STRANGER SHOOT UPDATE ‼️‼️

Now I KNOW you guys remember Tim & Emalee’s stranger shoot that I posted about kinda recently! 🥹🧡🧡

But just in case you missed it… these two talked THROUGH ME for an entire MONTH before they finally met. And when they did? It was like all the stars aligned. 🌟

Well… ARE YOU GUYS READ FOR THE UPDATE. 👀
I got a little quote from Emalee that I just had to share with you all:

I genuinely couldn’t be happier for these two. It’s so stinkin’ cool to watch a stranger shoot turn into a real connection, knowing I got a front row seat to watch that connection blossom 🌼

✨ SHE GOT A NEW LOGO! ✨

After having the same logo for over 10 years, I finally decided it was time for a new one ~ specifically for my Stranger Shoots! 🖤📸

My dad actually helped me come up with the idea for the logo, and then I sent his vision over to my sister… and she created the entire thing from scratch! 😭🙌🏻

I’m seriously obsessed with how it turned out, but what makes it even more special is knowing my family helped bring the idea to life. 🥹❤️

And while I’m showing off her work, I HAVE to give my sister a shoutout! 🎨✨ She has her own artist page, Coda’s Creations, and she is SO talented. If you love supporting small (future big time😜) artists, go give her page some love and a follow! 🫶🏻

“Where the lake holds their memories and the lighthouse watches over their love.” 🤍

Some places become special because of the memories we make there.
For Catti & her fiancé, Lake Hefner Lighthouse will always hold a very special place in their love story, because it’s where he asked her to spend forever with him. 💍 So getting to bring them back to that very spot to capture this next chapter of their story made this session that much more meaningful. 🥹✨

From the moment he asked the question to the moments they’re creating now, this lighthouse will forever be a little piece of their journey toward “I do.”

& I’m so honored I was asked to not only photograph their engagement, but also their wedding in the future. 🙏🏻 There were soooo many more photos I wanted to post from this shoot, but I might split them into two posts and save them for another time 🙌🏻🙂‍↕️

You’ve seen my Stranger Shoots… but this time, we’re switching things up.

If you guys remember my most popular stranger shoot, with over 39k reactions 🥹🙌🏻 David and Brittany - As beautiful as their photos turned out, they did decide to go more towards the friend route (which is totally great and hoped for when my clients decide to not continue in a romantic direction 🤍🙏🏻)

With that being said..

I’m setting up David England again, but this time with FIVE women on October 17th, who are willing to meet a complete stranger, go through a series of fun challenges & conversation prompts, take some cute photos together, and see who he connects with most. 📸❣️

✨ HOW IT WORKS:
🤍5 women will be selected as David’s potential matches
🤍Each woman pays $20 to participate
🤍You’ll meet David for the first time at the shoot (ladies can see him, but he can’t see the ladies 🙏🏻)
🤍You’ll participate in different rounds/challenges designed to help you get to know each other
🤍You’ll get photos with David throughout the experience
🤍You’ll also receive a solo portrait of yourself 📸
🤍Everyone receives a participation goodie bag if they aren’t chosen

They went on a second date! Sadie said “Sam drove down today and took me for an arts & craft date and out to a nice restaurant, and we had a great time and planning our next date! 💖 we are yappers so I only got one photo and it kind of sucks but I’ll send more!” She also promised to take better (as if these aren’t PERFECTION) photos at their NEXT date 😜🥰🙏🏻

🥹 WHAT IS HAPPENING?!

The last couple of weeks have been absolutely WILD. I’ve gained SO many new followers, met so many amazing people, and received more support for my Stranger Shoots than I ever expected. 🤍🤍🤍

What started as a fun photography idea has turned into this whole little community of strangers meeting, connecting, laughing, getting awkward, and making memories together. 😂📸

And the best part? YOU GUYS are actually invested in these people’s stories. You’re watching the posts, guessing who will click, cheering them on, and following along for the reveals. It is so much fun reading all of your comments!

So seriously… THANK YOU. 🥹

🤍✨ A MONTH IN THE MAKING:
TIM & EMALEE ✨🤍

Tim & Emalee have been working towards this relationship for over 4 weeks now, and i definitely think it shows in this particular stranger shoot. They didn’t know each other’s names. They hadn’t seen each other’s faces. They just had my messages as their middle ground - and somehow, they started building a genuine connection through the little things that make up real life.

Their conversations weren’t just surface-level “what’s your favorite color?” questions. They talked about her life as a teacher, his life as a dad, his daughter’s t-ball games, what her school days hold, everyday activities, her car troubles that he tried to help her with without even knowing her name, and all the random little pieces of life in between. 🥹

And then today… they finally got to meet. 🤍

They quickly discovered they have SO much in common - they both love cooking, movies, YouTube videos, animals, and most importantly, they both have such a huge love for children. 🫶🏻 He’s a dad to a sweet daughter, and Emalee is a teacher who spends her days working with kids.

Tim also wanted to share something important: he has autism, and he wants people to know that all kinds of people deserve love. ❤️

And I couldn’t agree more.
There isn’t one “type” of person who deserves to be loved. There isn’t one perfect story, one perfect personality, or one perfect way to connect with someone. Sometimes love, friendship, or simply a beautiful connection can come from two people who are completely themselves.

Today was about two strangers finally meeting after a month of talking… and getting to see whether that connection they built without ever seeing each other’s faces was real.

And honestly, I think I can speak for Tim and Emalee when I say that the nerves, the laughs, the conversations, the little moments… it was SO worth the wait. 🥹🤍

Thank you, Tim & Emalee, for trusting me to be the messenger and for letting me capture the moment two strangers finally became a little less strange. 😂🤍
