When I went to Minnesota with my parents this summer, it was more beautiful than I ever could have expected. The North shore region on Lake Superior was so breathtaking, including this view of Split Rock lighthouse that and I got to see at sunrise on our trip 💖

Anyone recognize this spot from a certain popular TV show? Kirkjufell was covered in snow when it was featured in Game of Thrones, but it was absolutely gorgeous in the summer as well 😍

After my lucky shot at the Grand Canyon (posted back in October), we were driving along the south rim to find the main entrance, so we could take a pic in front of the sign. said “be on the lookout for Elk” and within 30 seconds of her saying that, we came across this guy along with another friend :)

First, a photo from a stop on our trip to Iceland from 2023. Between Norway and Iceland, we spent a day in the Faroe Islands. We did a guided tour and saw some beautiful sights along the way. This photo was taken right next to the one detention center on the islands (which is visible in the bottom right corner of the frame) and while most of the prisoners here are being held for short sentences or held temporarily before being shipped off to Denmark, I think this is probably one of the the nicest views for a prison in the world.

I just wanted to call out one of my closest confidants, the person I call just to yap any time of the day, my favorite travel partner and the absolute best photography assistant. I’m so grateful for my relationship with 💖 I love my entire support system, my family both god-given and chosen, but Holly definitely deserves a post dedicated to how lucky I am to have her as my mom. I have never for a second had to question her love for me, she’s always been so open and supportive. I know that if I ever have children, I hope to give them the same love and support she constantly gives my sisters and I.
I’ve been wanting to make this post for a while but decided to save it for today because what better day to show how grateful I am than Thanksgiving?

This summer, I got to visit in Arizona. We took a trip up to Page, AZ, and from there we woke up at 2 am to drive to the Grand Canyon for a 5 am sunrise. As we got close, it began to thunder, and as we pulled into a parking lot for a nice spot to take photos, it began pouring down rain. I was so worried that the trip would be a waste, but the rain stopped after about 15 minutes as the storm crossed the canyon. I was so excited to get this shot at sunrise, it was such an opportune moment.
