If you’re signed up for a “Moo & You” session next month, we did a practice round to give you an idea of what to expect🐮 Thank you to the Godsey girls for being wonderful models 😍 A few things to keep in mind:

1.) Closed-toed shoes are a must for safety reasons (boots work best). Although Bessie & Mabel are small for cows, they still weigh hundreds of pounds, so one stumble, and they could easily break a toe.

2.) The girls in these photos are fairly comfortable with large animals, which is why we were able to catch some pretty sweet moments. Not all children (or adults) are as comfortable, and that’s okay! The cows can always be in the distance, and we’ll take plenty of photos without the cows as well.

3.) I cannot guarantee the cows will keep their floral crowns on, cooperate fully, or be in the mood for snuggles. Interacting with them sometimes takes patience (and treats)! Worst-case scenario, you will get beautiful family photos!
