As many of you know, we are honored to serve families at the beautiful new location of Samaritan Healthcare 🤍

We are creating a stunning new gallery wall featuring some of our favorite Fresh 48 portraits captured in those first precious hours after birth.

If you’ve had a Fresh 48 session with us and would love to have your baby’s portraits showcased on our gallery wall inside the new hospital, we would be so honored to consider you!

This wall will celebrate brand new life, tiny details, and the sacred first moments families experience there.

Operational Alert ‼️

Due to high respiratory virus rate in our community during this time of year, we are limiting visitors under the age of 18 from entering the Mother Baby Unit. In addition, all visitors who enter are required to wear a face mask.

We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates when virus rates have returned to a safe level.

Samaritan's first baby of the new year arrived on Jan. 1 at 3:17 a.m. weighing in at 7 lbs., 3 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches.

Your community-owned hospital is one of the best in the nation for maternity care access. Samaritan Healthcare was recognized in the 2025 U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals list for providing access to essential maternity care services in the Moses Lake region.

The publication recognizes the best hospitals in the nation for various specialties, including maternity care. This year, U.S. News & World Report also recognized more than 100 hospitals offering vital services in what may otherwise be a maternity care desert.

Samaritan was included in the list for various benefits offered to mothers and babies, including:
• Access to childbirth classes
• Private rooms/suites
• Allowing partners to stay overnight post-delivery
• Midwives’ welcome to attend births

For the 2025 edition, an all-time high of 817 hospitals submitted maternity data for evaluation. These public rankings assist expectant parents, in consultation with their doctors, in making informed decisions about where to receive maternity care for uncomplicated births.

We've been working hard to find a solution for our galleries routing to spam folders, and I'm excited to announce, we finally found the answer. Effective December 1st, Pure will be switching over to a new proofing gallery site, as well as new email. We've come to the conclusion that our email has been marked on a spam list because of the sheer number of galleries we send on a weekly basis, and it'll be more successful to start fresh, versus try to reverse the damage. If you haven't received a past gallery, please message us here. We are more than happy to help, and want to make sure your precious gallery gets delivered to you!
