I’ve been photographing this family since Jonah was still in his mama’s belly. Now he’s 7 years old. Watching families grow year after year is one of the greatest joys of this job. These photos are more than portraits—they’re pieces of a story I’ve had the honor of documenting for nearly a decade.

I love when a family invites me to their home for sessions. That's where the real magic unfolds.

I love photographing children. It's not about having the perfect pose or the perfectly matched outfits- color matters of course, but if they want to wear their favorite pair of shoes, I say let them. I want kids to feel comfortable to be themselves- and if they are comfortable, their personalities will show up in the photos. As a mother myself, I can assure you those are the moments you will look back on.

My sessions are full of play- and catching the authentic personalities of each individual. I promise to capture the real emotion so you can look back and cherish your photos forever.
