Wow, my first full year of photography has been such an incredible experience. I'm deeply honored to have had the opportunity to capture so many meaningful moments. I can never fully express my gratitude to everyone who trusted me, took a chance on me, and allowed me to grow, learn, and improve. I pray that God continues to bring blessings to me and my family, as well as all of yours, in this coming year. I'm excited to see what's ahead and look forward to all the new and familiar faces who will invite me into their lives to capture their most special moments forever. Attending this birth was something my best friend and I had talked about for years. Never did I imagine I would be photographing it too. 🥹 Watching my best friend become a mother has been one of the most beautiful seasons of our almost 20-year friendship. She rocked her labor and delivery with such wonderful support from her husband the entire time. I'm so proud and not at all surprised at how well motherhood suits her. 🩷

I've known this wonderful family since their oldest was just a baby in my classroom at the daycare. I've loved watching them grow and expand their family and it was such a privilege to get to take their newborn family photos 💙

I apologize for being MIA this summer! It was an eventful summer to say the least, and time just flew by! I don't know why I think it's going to slow down now that school is starting for our two boys (Sept 4th is their first day) and I have to partially homeschool our 5-year-old 🤪 But nonetheless I promise to do better with my content sharing!

This sweet babe is one of the births I attended this summer. I just adore this photo with all of the loving, nurturing hands surrounding him. 💙

I will never not be in awe of images like these. The rush of emotions you feel while witnessing a birth is overwhelming, in the best possible way. From the impressive strength and resilience of a woman's body to the privilege of seeing a tiny human take their first breaths. For parents, it's a transformative experience like no other, as they feel an overwhelming surge of love and responsibility. It's a moment that transcends words, where joy, awe, and often times even relief converge into a single, unforgettable moment.

I'm already finishing up the birth story for this little baby, before I could even share the maternity photos, because he decided he needed to come 4 weeks early! I've been friends with this Mama since we were 11 years old! Every pregnancy she has just been a glowing masterpiece. I was so happy to be taking these photos for her 💙

A special thank you to the best Dada my babies could have asked for. They have the best built in playmate! Watching you play Power Rangers, Dragon Ball-Z, kick ball, t-ball, and so much more with them is one of my favorite things in this world. It is closely followed by seeing you snuggled up with them in the middle of the night when they inevitably wake up and climb into our bed. We love you so much and appreciate everything that you do 💙🩵

This sweet couple welcomed their first baby into the world on May 9th! Their entire birth story was full of undeniable signs of God's timing and His plan. From them finding me just weeks before baby made his appearance, making it past her due date in order for her husband and dad to make it in from out of state, and then going into labor on the day of her white coat ceremony which allowed for all of her most important people to be in town to witness the birth of their baby boy! Everything about this day was beautiful. Just being in the room with them, you could feel the amount of love they all shared. It was such an honor to witness, and I will be forever grateful to have met them and captured these moments.
