Last week the Class of 2026 at Harts Bluff Early College High School had their graduation. I knew I was not going to be able to make it this year so I told the class that I would take professional head shots for them as a gift for missing out on their special day. This way, they can use them for a resume or a college application. I am so proud of these young men and woman and I cant wait to see what the future has in store for them. Hello Everyone!!!

It's been a while! I wanted announce that I will be opening my books for the next two months! I may do this again during the fall, however it all just depends on how my children run my schedule. For the time being, the weather is beautiful and the sun is setting later so I thought. "why not scratch the itch to photograph again?". Years ago I was working out at the gym with my friends Ricky, and Raul. At the end of our work out, we walked past the pull up bar. We started talking about pull ups and about how many we could do, and my big mouth said "I can do 25 easy"...well...bets were made, and mind you this was years ago, and I was in pretty good shape so I was confident in my capabilities. But to my chagrin I was only able to do 15! So of course as friends do, they like to poke fun and sometimes bring up those 25 pull ups you said you could do lol! Soo I definitely still can not do 25 pull ups at the moment, but I can take a picture of more than 25 people! lol! Thank you Kelly and Ricky for inviting me over to come and photograph your beautiful family. I so enjoyed spending the evening with y'all.

What a beautiful day at Monahans Sandhills State Park. When I talked to Luke and Jessica about coming down to West Texas to photograph their engagement photos I mentioned this beautiful place, and I am so glad they said yes. We have a Pre-K Graduate and a High School/College Graduate in the same year at our house. My wife and I feel like we have been on an emotional roller coaster this past month. Jude and Juno are thirteen years apart yet their love for each other and arguments never end. It has been a pleasure to watch Jude grow into the young man he is today and I look forward to seeing the lovely lady Juno will grow to be (no rush) We are blessed to be the parents of these two rascals and we give thanks to God for all our children.

Photographing seniors at Moody Blooms makes my job really easy. The sun sets perfectly over the hill here and the colors are beautiful. Go check them out before all the flowers are gone. The day was perfect for photographing Jillian for her senior portraits. So much so, she even had a special guest show up and take some pictures with her. I look forward to photographing you again for your following senior session and feel free to bring the extra again. The two of you are adorable.
