Another Sunday = another senior spotlight! 🎓

Raylen's session was a little different than most, but it was still so much fun! She was one of the seniors I selected to help with my REA Photography Style Guide, so you'll probably be seeing more from her session on my feed soon. 👀📸

✨ Senior Sunday ✨

Another Sunday = another senior spotlight!

Bronwyn’s session was another one of my favorites from this summer. We got in the zone, had so much fun, and ended up spending about an hour and a half together instead of the planned hour.

One thing I try not to do during senior sessions is watch the clock. I never want you to feel rushed! If we’re having a good time and getting great photos, I’m usually happy to take a little extra time. 🤍

"My session with Rachel was incredible! Despite the bugs, the heat, and the humidity, Rachel was incredibly positive and uplifting throughout the entire shoot. REA Photography Style Guide is officially underway! 🤍

Between school, church, and life in general, I haven't had a lot of free time lately, but I am working hard behind the scenes to create something special for my clients!

I'm creating a Style Guide that will be an added bonus to my photography packages and will help you feel more confident when choosing what to wear for your session. I'll be creating guides for different seasons, with real examples to help you see what colors, patterns, and combinations photograph beautifully.

As I work on this new addition, I'm curious...

✨Senior Sunday ✨

Each Sunday during the school year, I’ll be sharing a senior spotlight featuring some of the amazing seniors I’ve had the opportunity to photograph!

Photography is so much more than taking pretty pictures—it’s about the people I meet along the way. Aden’s session was one of my favorites this summer because I got to explore a new location! (And he actually listened to my posing instructions, so that’s a win 😂)

Here’s what they had to say about their experience:
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The entire experience was great! She was excellent communicating with and was very helpful trying to get senior pictures planned. From the beginning of the session she made my son more comfortable than he was expecting. He had been dreading getting pictures done, but as soon as it was over he said that was actually an enjoyable experience! When we got the images all of them were amazing!! She captured his personality in the pictures. The hardest part of the entire experience is going to be picking our favorite ones. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!"

If you know me, you know my nephews and niece hold a very special place in my heart. I have three nephews and one niece, and I may be a little biased, but I think they're pretty perfect.

One of the greatest blessings of being a photographer is getting to preserve the milestones of so many families—including my own. From tiny newborn fingers to first birthdays and all the moments in between, these are memories that can never be recreated.

I'm so thankful that God has given me the opportunity to do what I love while documenting the people I love most. It truly is one of His good and perfect gifts. 🤍

Sometimes the best photo sessions are the ones that don't include perfectly posed photos. Sometimes letting kids be kids is the best way to get perfect photos.

These girls had one mission: don't stop moving. 😂 Thankfully, one of my favorite parts of photography is chasing little ones around and being able to get my steps in.

Between the giggles, the running, and all the in-between moments, we captured so much genuine joy. Those are the memories that tell the real story, and I loved every minute of preserving them for this sweet family.
