Support for Mark’s Fight Against Cancer
Dear friends, family, and community,
We are reaching out during one of the most challenging times for our family. Our beloved father, Mark, has recently been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer that has spread throughout his body. He is facing excruciating pain on a daily basis, and the treatments he needs to extend his life and give him the best quality of care are beyond what insurance will cover.
As his daughters, we are doing everything we can to help our parents through this battle. We are traveling from New York and Virginia to take him to appointments and therapies as often as possible, but the bulk of the caregiving is falling on our incredible mother, Gina. She is working long hours and balancing trips to doctors, all while managing household responsibilities.
Unfortunately, the specialized treatments that offer the most hope are not available in South Carolina, and our parents will likely need to travel to access them. These costs, combined with mounting medical bills and living expenses, are overwhelming.
This is where we humbly ask for your support. Any donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping our family afford these life-extending therapies and ease some of the financial burden. If you’re unable to donate, we ask for your prayers, positive thoughts, and love during this difficult time.
