Spring is alive in the Ozarks and so is severe weather. March 6th brought Southwest Missouri its first taste of Tornado warnings with a system that spread from Texas to Michigan. This bolt was captured in Monett, MO as the storm left a path of destruction and fatalities in Eastern Oklahoma.

Defeating dark times can be a long, long road. Stay strong, walk in the light. Pictured is just some of the blessings that came after the struggle.

IF YOU HAVE BREATH, YOU HAVE PURPOSE!

I spent nearly a decade suffering from PTSD, and being held captive from my true purpose due to mistakes I had made on my own.

The last year has been one of renewal and blessings. Walking in faith, day by day eventually led to freedom.

God's timing is not always convenient from our perspective, however, be thankful in hard times because He is likely shaping you for your greater purpose. A refining fire isn't a pleasant process, but the end result is phenomenal.

Keep your head up, YOU are worth it! Don't give up, you're almost there. The night is darkest before the beautiful bright dawn.
