A few of my favorite moments with clients this year! 😍 Most of the time photo sessions take a certain amount of pre-planning, but I've also learned to be totally flexible with my expectations. Things don't always turn out how we planned - especially when it comes to the weather or small children 😆
I love it when my clients want to be involved with the planning & show up with their own ideas, like in the first photo - Jaden brought a cool bubble machine! I've added that to my list of purchases for next summer 🫧 So much fun.
Then Tony brought a smoke machine which was incredible. My fav shot from her session though, was just after it stopped raining on us and the sun lit up the rain drops on a branch close to me... Such a magical moment ✨ And she was so brave walking through the forest barefoot in February!
I'm obsessed with this photo of Maddie. We were adventuring in Elbe, WA and we needed a quick bathroom break. I was impressed with the classy porta potty building & as we were walking out the light was coming in through the windows in the hallway leading outside. So really quickly (since it smelled horrendous 💩) I had her sit on the concrete bench for a few photos! So happy we did because I absolutely LOVE how they turned out 🩷

Hunter & Aspen's wedding was hands down my favorite wedding all year... Possibly of all time. I love every wedding I do, because I tend to feel like part of the family by the end of it & there's something really special about witnessing such tender moments. 🥰 Aspen and Hunter have a pure love for each other that I don't have the words to explain, but I hope they hold on to it forever and ever. One thing that impressed me was the fun they have together, how they make each other laugh, and their propensity to not take anything too seriously.
Ballet dancers, newborn babies, seniors bringing their best vibes, contemplations, and silliness, toddlers taking over family sessions, and some more wedding fun!
