Class of '27 is starting to get those Senior photos already, I can't believe we are already here but Katherine is starting off the year strong at the beach 🌴 I loved all her PINK 🎀, with the flowers in bloom on 3rd Street South she was a perfect match. Even though we don't have the Pier right now while it is under construction, it's still my favorite spot for a senior session in Naples.

This year is looking like it's going to be as busy as ever, and my son is also graduating this year so I am once again on this ride along with all my senior moms. It's a little different this time with a son vs a daughter, Ella loved senior photos, but Colin not so much 😆 Reminder that I am already filling up for the Thanksgiving - New Years time frame, that is our Season in SWFL when everyone heads this way and we are slammed. Some sessions feel like a full circle moment. I first photographed this family years ago on the Naples shore, and this year they came back, this time with a one-year-old who was celebrating his first birthday with the sunset and a cake to smash next to the waves ☀

There are some places that hold a lifetime of memories, and for this family, Vanderbilt Beach is one of them. They traveled in from Tennessee this season to celebrate a milestone worth every mile, a 50th anniversary, surrounded by the children and grandchildren who have grown up right here on this stretch of sand.

To hold onto it all, we designed a beautiful heirloom album, a place for every laugh and every moment from the evening to live together in one keepsake. Fifty years is a story worth telling on more than a phone screen, and an album lets this family turn the pages and feel that night on the beach again and again.

Sanibel will always be so special to me 🌴 You can't tear the magic away from this tiny island no matter how many hurricanes she endures.

With so many grandkids along for this special night, we had plenty of opportunities to soak in all of the scenery that has grown back over the past few years. I may not be a huge fan of the new blue walkway at my favorite beach, but how can you not love the view.

Coming back off of an unexpected leave of absence in the middle of a very busy season. Spring break was jam packed with so many fun and beautiful families, so grateful for all of you that spent your nights with me on the beach.

Easter weekend my son unexpectedly ended up in the hospital with serious complications from Mono. Several days at NCH took me away from work, and have me playing catch-up on emails and gallery editing. I do just want to shout out to the wonderful staff at the Pediatrics floor of the NCH hospital for their amazing care of my almost grown son, and the patience that they showed to his revolving door of never-ending visitors 😆 Happy to report that he is back to school and feeling back to his old self and eager to get back on the field 🥍

I will be working to catch up over the next couple of weeks and looking forward to finalizing orders and reveal dates with you all soon ☀️

This family and I have been shooting together for almost 7 years now, that seems so crazy to me! I have watched their daughter grow up and every time we shoot, I say it's my favorite. They are all my favorite! This year, we are making a huge album of all our sessions together, can't wait to see how that turns out.

This summer I will be slowing down A LOT and traveling a good bit. There is very limited availability in June and July, so if you are heading to Naples, reach out. The Holidays will also look a little different this year, more on that soon.
