📢BIG ANNOUNCEMENT, GUYS!!!📢
I have been meaning to share for a while, but life has been pulling me in every other direction lately. I have been mostly inactive on here for quite some time, just trying to focus on getting galleries delivered instead of sharing to social. But even finding the time for that has been a struggle as my kids are getting older and busier...
So the time has come for me to put down my camera so that I can fully invest my time into my family.
It has been the biggest honor to be a part of your lives on some of your happiest and most important days, and I have loved the opportunity to meet so many amazing people by doing something that I love so much! Photography has been such a large part of who I am these last 14 years! It is so bittersweet to turn the page on this chapter, but I know without a doubt it's what's best for my family and myself.
I may still offer minis here and there, and possibly open back up for business down the road, so keep your eye out! I'll keep this page up, but will be shutting down my website (and email that is connected to it).
A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to all of my clients over the past 14 years!! It has been a privilege and an honor to get to know you and document your lives! ❤️

It is truly the end of an era!!! I turned off the lights and locked the door for the last time at my studio, and it was so very bittersweet... I'm excited to focus on the sessions I enjoy the most and have more time to spend with my family, but I sure did love my time in this space!!!

I'm down to 13 days left in my studio space, which means I have a TON of stuff to sell!! This is 13 years worth of props... it's more than just baby hats and headbands, I have some cool home decor pieces that I've used as props, blankets, furniture, etc. If anyone is interested to come take a look, let me know! It's all priced to sell!!!! Here are just a few things up for grabs...

🎄It's time for 🎅CHRISTMAS MINIS,⛄️ but I need your input!! The dates will be NOVEMBER 18th and 19th, what do you want to see??? Last year I only did an INDOOR set, and in previous years I have offered an OUTDOOR option as well as in studio PJ minis. Once I know what you all want, I'll open booking 🙌😍

Hey guys!! Long time no talk! Life has been busy as my kids are getting older, which has led me to make some changes around here... a few announcements for JB Photography:
-I AM NO LONGER BOOKING WEDDINGS. I LOVE photographing weddings but the time commitment before, during and after is just too large at this point in my life, so I have stepped away for now.
-I AM NO LONGER PHOTOGRAPHING NEWBORNS. Another big time commitment, and I just want to scale back on my session offerings.
-I AM CLOSING MY STUDIO when my lease is up at the end of January. I have really loved having a studio space for the past 8 years, but it is a lot to manage and I don't utilize it enough to justify the time and expense to keep it.
These have been tough decisions to make, but it's the best thing for my family and I right now. Aside from these changes, everything will continue on as usual, so this doesn't affect the majority of you. I'm doing 1 last hurrah in the studio with Christmas minis, which will be announced soon!!

Sandwiched between some beautiful sunny days was Sam+Elizabeth's wedding. There was some sleet/snow/rain, so much wind, and no sunshine, but let me tell you what... that didn't put a damper on their day at all!! We had a blast and at the end of the day, these 2 got hitched regardless. This group loves and celebrates well and I was so glad to be a part of their wedding day!!! Congrats guys!
