Apparently while I was distracted keeping newborns asleep and toddlers from eating rocks, I was named one of the best newborn photographers in Nashua, NH. 🥹

Seriously though — thank you to every family who trusted me with your brand new babies, your chaos, your sleep deprivation, and your “sorry, he skipped his nap” warnings. I love getting to document these little moments before they disappear way too fast.

If you’re currently pregnant, running on snacks and caffeine, and wondering if newborn photos are worth it… they absolutely are. (Even if your baby decides today is the day they refuse sleep entirely. I’ve seen things. 😂)

I am personally offended that kids that puked on my as babies are now going to prom. Like… excuse me? Weren’t you JUST learning how to tie your shoes? 😭😂

Seeing this kid grow up is equal parts amazing and deeply rude to my sense of time. But prom season means graduation is coming fast, which means it’s officially time for next year’s seniors to start thinking about senior portraits before the best dates disappear.

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a cake smash session… spoiler alert: it’s usually chaos. The fun kind.

Some babies politely poke the cake.
Some immediately flip it over (honestly, respect).
And some couldn’t care less about the cake but will absolutely lose their minds over the tub after.

This session had a little bit of everything—and it’s exactly why I love first birthday sessions. You truly never know what you’re going to get, but somehow it always ends up perfect anyway.

What are you actually most excited about when baby gets here?

The first snuggle?
Finding out the gender (do people still wait until delivery for that)?
Finally, being able to eat pepperoni again (or was that one was just me)?

being able to roll over in bed without a full strategic plan 🙃
