3 weeks ago I got to marry my best friend and the man of my dreams. The wedding day was more perfect than I could have ever imagined, thanks to lots of help from family and friends with planning, set up, coordinating and clean up. So thankful for everyone in our lives!

When making a dessert turns into a 3 hour long photo shoot.... I’m not mad about it. This is just one of the shots I got from my impromptu creative session the other day. And not only did the photos turn out well, but this healthy chocolate banana chia seed pudding was to die for! I might keep this as a constant in my fridge from now on...

Shout out to for hosting an amazing last month! We made a big mess and consumed a lot of donuts while getting creative with our photos. If you’ve never tried them, get there now, their donut drive thru is open!

Nothing so comforting as caramelizing some apples on a snowy day in Nashville. The smell in your house will be like an apple spiced yankee candle. Use them to top your oatmeal or vanilla ice cream, toss them in a salad or just eat them right out of the pan.
