I was of the opinion that, Abek shouldn't have two payams.
It beat my understanding why we decide to have two payams
Until Inauguration came, turn out amaze me.
Current population of Abek Community is equivalent to two administrative areas.

Abek Community's decision to have two payams might be blessing in disguise,

They might become the only community with two well-developed headquarter in the future.

For clarity, Administrative can be change, dissolved or revoke, but community remain unchanged.
A Community is heritage and its traditions and Customs are passed down through generations...

We all belong to Abek, but we are in different administrative areas, just like twins who have their own homes even though they share the same womb

Abek Heritage define us, but administrative area place us in govt book.

So when you speak,
Be mindful,
Remember,
Abek remain unchanged,
But Administrative can be revoked or dissolved.

So when you speak,
Remember administratives,
May eventually die natural death,
If they're unconstitutional,
But your community is a lifelong rite.

Work hard,
To write your name,
In Abek's historical book of honor,
Not in book of wrong deed,

Your name live longer,
After you're gone.

One community,
two administrative areas.
It's privilege and great fortunate.
