Rossview Middle School Cross Country meet in Paducah Kentucky. I really enjoy getting to capture all of the action. And we had two runners win individual awards, and both the girls and the boys won a team award. Sadly, I didn't get a photo of the boys team award. It was a great day!

I am a chef and a photographer, which go perfectly together. These mini cheesecake pastries were fun to make and delicious to eat! We have strawberry dark chocolate chip and Mint dark chocolate chip. They are zero sugar as well. Today I am making zero sugar turtle cheesecake pastries. Life is good!!!

It's been a while since I uploaded....Some more art from San Diego. We actually had breakfast at our favorite breakfast restaurant off the coast, Brockton Villa, famous for the "coast toast" (best French toast I have ever had!) The seals were especially playful on the beach this day. The sunset was gorgeous and I promise to return. This truly is my happy place.

Also made these awesome treats….also zero added sugar. And pumpkin has fiber which is good for you. Pumpkin pie fries. Yummm…..
